SCOUT STUDENT MUHAMMED NAJEED IN JAPAN

World Scout Jamboree is a unique opportunity for him to be a global citizen, and to experience what a global movement Scouting is. Every four years, all scouts come together to celebrate our diversity, common values, and dreams and to share our challenges. Not many organizations in the world are able to bring together thousands of

young people on a regular basis. The World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) has managed to do so since 1920. At this 23rd Jamboree (From 29th July 2015 to 7th august 2015) , there were over 33000 active Scouts and Leaders, including more that 8000 adult  Scouts serving as members of the International Service Team (IST).

Mohammmed Najeed participated in the ‘Operation Kirara’ which was the thrilling activities including Western Hub :Jakuchi Subcamp, Science Activity, Water Activity, Culture Activity, Inter religious Ceremony / Food Festival/Arena Show, Hiroshima Peace Program, Community Activity, Nature Activity, Global Development Village etc. at the camp cite ‘Yamaguchi’.

Where all the participants had exchange the things of their country like badges, woggles, scarps, T-shirts, national identity. By  exchanging participants got the opportunity to interact with each other, learn about their culture and deepen their friendship. By this 23rd World Scout Jamboree, Najeed made an Ideal foot mark and raised the proud of our state at international level.
